This important role involves spending quality time with the women in our community, encouraging them, and helping create a warm, home-like atmosphere. ​It's a fulfilling and enjoyable job, and your presence and support are truly invaluable. ​

Includes meals and a private bedroom
The main responsibility is simply being at Papa's House overnight and available if a need comes up.  And no—you don't have to stay awake all night.  Think of it more as a reassuring presence and an extra layer of support for the home.
